4.0Breakfast was actually kinda gross. It seemed highly possessed. The eggs and sausage were cold and obviously frozen and put in a microwave
− Half naked man sitting in the stairway talking on the phone. The whole place could hear him. Also the exit doors did not lock at night.
Not what I expected

− I made reservation for walk in shower room, and had a verbal confirmation of all my needs, including a dog. No record of that when I arrived, Erin at desk did her best. But total mess. Room never got comfortably cool. Toilet seat cover fell off. Climbing over tub very unsafe.

− Water in sink backed up and drained very slowly. No hot water in shower apparently due to power outage the night before. I was told the night shift may have forgotten to reboot the system. Our room was literally right next to train tracks.
