4.0Don't stay in room 1122. I can't vouch for the whole hotel, but this room was NOT it! Over $400 for one night to not have hot water, spiders, and a toilet that wouldn't flush I the lower bedroom! While it's certainly big enough room it's not worth it. Look further!

− Shower drain was clogged. Dog food in sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Something spilled in freezer.

10.0VERY comfy and affordable res inn option if in area. Rooms are in "different buildings" so you are outside to get to from pool/breakfast/etc. Staff was awesome and suites are excellent! Easily will stay again if in area!!

New furniture needed. Dust and ensure no insect(s) are present in the hotel rooms.
6.0The furniture was clean, but well worn. There was a fly in the room that kept us awake all night. I cleaned cobbwebs in the corner of the room.
− Older furniture, worn, Carpeting had an odor. Fly in room that kept us awake. We had already changed rooms once related to a malodorous carpet, so endured the fly. We wish we would have changed rooms again. Staff was wonderful, so kind and professional!
