5.0It was quiet and easy to get to. The bed seemed clean.
− I got this room solely for the whirlpool. While filling the water pool, i noticed the surface was covered in random particulate. It was disgusting.
It was good until they kept everything with no explanation as to why

1.0Location. Quiet until kids showed up. Staff were kind.
− They wouldn't give me a receipt said I needed to get it from the third party. I was penalized for using the third party. Extra charges and breakfast was not free. My first room was leaking from AC unit so much that a 5x5 area of carpet was wet when I arrived. 2nd room the fridge defrosted even though it was plugged in and high setting, used all my bath towels to clean up the floor. Ceiling was.leakimg.above the bar where I sat for dinner. Only one person running the desk and one person running the bar and restaurant during evening busy times. The amenities online didn't match what they actually had.

7.0Close to the highway and you couldn't hear the highway from the location.
− Wall outlet was almost coming out of the wall while I was ironing. There were hairs on the shower wall when I get into shower.
