− Lack of towels, noise on our floor (5th) all hours of the night, and we never saw a staff member with even a slight smile. The female at check in wasn't bad, but the male we saw most of our stay had the personality of a rock.

Pictures online are DECEIVING. Very unclean and never anybody at front desk.
2.0It was close to the event location.
− There was never anybody at the front desk and when I tried to call the hotels phone number to get ahold of somebody to check in, nobody answered and it just kept ringing. When we got to our room, everything had a terrible smell to it, as if it hadn't actually been cleaned. The cabinet the mini fridge was in was broken so we had to be careful not to hit the door when walking between it and the bed. The bedding smelled awful and there appeared to be a BLOOD STAIN on the bed skirt near the headboard. Air-conditioning unit couldn't keep up with how small of a room it was (looked like they were old and outdated) which caused sweating all night no matter what number it was set on. Floors were disgusting and had black residue on them. Shower curtain smelled like mildew and had stains all over it. Microwave and mini fridge looked like they had never been cleaned.
