− Bathroom door was hard to close. Recommend maintenance staff go in each room and do a function check of doors, drawers and anything that customers would need to open and close. Maintenance staff should do these function checks regularly to ensure proper maintenance.

Free parking on site and breakfast included. Water pressure in the shower felt amazing

− Unfortunately I came during love bug season and they were everywhere. The staff were helpful and they checked my room before I was given the key. A few managed to get in and there were dead ones near the door / window which made the whole place seem dirty even though it wasn’t. I’d avoid coming April-May. Shower curtain was yellow and needs to be replaced.

Will not be back here.

I am handicapped and because they put me in a room that was the 2nd farthest from the front, I could not walk up in the morning for breakfast. I tried calling the hotel several times prior to my arrival and at different times of the day to let them know about my physical limitations and try to get an appropriate room. Was never able to get an answer.

− The 2nd night there in the evening when I was taking a shower I heard 3 loud thuds. My son immediately was knocking on the bathroom door to let me know something was going on next door and he heard the thuds as well as glass breaking. He said he also heard people arguing and they were outside. The next morning we saw that the front window of the room next door had a huge hole and there was still glass on the outside of the room, sidewalk and into the parking lot. It appeared that something was thrown from inside the room, outside. A couple days later I noticed a dent in the passenger front panel of my car (my car was backed into the parking space). While I can't 100% say it was due to the incident next door, nothing else of significance happened relating to my vehicle. I had a handicap shower in the room as well. Only problem was that there was no rise or lip on the floor along the length of the shower to prevent the water from running out. As a consequence every time my son or I took a shower the water ran out on the floor surrounding the toilet and almost everything in the shower area.
