CUSTOMER DELIGHT & GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!
10.0The entire staff (Front desk/Security/Porter/Housekeeping .......) displayed exceptional hospitality with warm welcome. Good room was assigned promptly with extended check out time upon the request made. Breakfast quality and spread was excellent. Swimming pool was very neat & clean and my experience was very good. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Duty Managers Vivek & Jainil for accommodating my requests and making my stay very comfortable. I would look forward to stay again soon with Trident Chennai.
− There were few small opportunities for improvement in the room assigned including the bathroom. These were really not very significant and were taken up very constructively for action by the staff. I am sure this will add more value & comfort to customer .

9.0The hotel was located very near to airport. Overall comfortable stay. Bathroom was tiny compared to room size (Suite). Good breakfast spread and had availed complementary pick and drop facility.
