8.0Conveniently located off the highway. Very friendly staff. Clean. Given a ground floor room.
− The carpet needs replaced I think. It felt damp and room had a slight musty smell so had to keep sandals on. We were on ground floor.
Wouldn't have stayed if we knew that the pool was too cold to swim in... And no hot tub
7.0Breakfast was small, just a few items. Stayed there a couple years ago, and they have biscuits and gravy and many other things.
− The pool was cold, too cold to swim in. Hot tub has been under repair for over 3 years... Still not operational.

3.0Did not really like anything about the facility and will not stay ever again
− They don’t speak English, and they should and the television set wouldn’t work and had to be fixed, not only in the evening, but also the next morning and the bathrooms towels were all stained, and the toilet was broke. Did not even stay for breakfast cause it all looked dirty.

− The room we were originally put in had a strange smell (musty, mildewy) and felt damp. We probably should have left then, but we went to dinner and came back, hoping that the overworked A/C was part of the problem. Nope. We returned to the same issues and asked to change rooms. The front desk employee said there was nothing available and gave us grief for staying in the smelly room. When we decided to leave, however, and another room was found. That room was fine, but beware mildew smells and dampness here. The place needs a serious makeover.
