− Sleeper sofa was unusable -- was more comfortable to slee on the floor. The hotel would have been an OK value at $150/night. But instead, it was $360/night, likely due to low availability of rooms in the area.
Maureen, the receptionist is rude & patronizing
2.0The front desk receptionist, Maureen, should consider a new occupation because she is not only extremely rude to patrons, but doesn't quite know what she's doing. My husband and I were treated as if we were such an inconvenience to check in, and Maureen gave us such an attitude simply because we didn't have a Marriott Bonvoy number on hand. I would never come back here just because of how rude she is. Maureen, consider a new route or you'll be losing this hotel plenty of business. You don't need to be mean to people just because you hate your job.
Enjoyable. Room was nicely appointed. Clean and quiet. Would stay here again.
