− We showed up early, but they told us pretty bluntly to just come back at check-in time.

We are a 100% smoke-free Hotel.
NO breakfast will be provided until further notice.
All the bookings with 3 rooms or above (group bookings), cancelation or amendment must be received 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise, one night room rental penalty per room will be charged for late cancelation or amendment. For all nonrefundable bookings, they cannot be canceled or amended once the bookings are made.
In addition, the name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment.
A deposit may be required at the property.
