− J’ai eu la chambre 31, elle est vraiment très petite avec un lit simple et les sanitaires à l’étage accessible via un tout petit escalier, mais sinon, très calme.

− El tamaño de la habiatacion 11 es inaceptable, es un armario con escalera caracol para ir al baño arriba. No avisan. Un peligro. No entran 2 valijas y una persona.

7.0Besonders positiv war die hervorragende, zentrale Lage des Hotels, von der aus sich Paris wunderbar erkunden lässt. Auch die rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durchaus okay, allerdings fehlte uns das gewisse Etwas, das einen Hotelaufenthalt besonders angenehm macht und dafür sorgt, dass man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist definitiv die größte Stärke des Hotels.
− Leider haben wir uns in diesem Hotel nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal wirkte wenig aufmerksam und kaum serviceorientiert. Beim Betreten des Hotels wurde man häufig weder begrüßt noch wahrgenommen. Insgesamt fehlten uns die Freundlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit, die man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten darf. Auch die Zimmerausstattung entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Preisniveau. Sie war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fehlten einige Details, die in dieser Hotelkategorie selbstverständlich sein sollten. Beispielsweise gab es keine Bademäntel, keine Seifenablage und lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person, ohne zusätzliches Handtuch für die Hände. Insgesamt waren es viele Kleinigkeiten, die zusammen den Eindruck hinterließen, dass sowohl beim Service als auch bei der Ausstattung das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmt.
