7.0The room, the complimentary cake for our anniversary, the bed, and the nice smell of the hotel in the lobby area. The cleanliness of the lobby hotel.
− Some staff were unhelpful. But the receptionist was very friendly.
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.
