Good convenient walkable stay in Augusta
8.0Pool closed for repairs during this stay. I stay here every year for convention. Good location clean in need of a little modernizing. I do recommend for a stay in this area that's walkable and had good service.

10.0I booked this hotel entirely based on location. It's right across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum! The staff were very pleasant. All of them. The amenities in the room are a bit dated, but perfectly functional. I found the whole property to be charming.
Not a good experience!
2.0Just stay somewhere else! No amenities. No pool, no hot tub, no fridge, no restaurant, no bar. The tv would go in and out. The pictures were beautiful of the place but when we arrived. It wasn’t anything like the pictures. If you advertise then you need to have the amenities that you say you have!
Rude
2.0Stayed at this hotel years ago and had the best time at the Restaurant/Bar on the top floor over looking the city. We were thinking about staying there again and called hotel to ask if restaurant on the top floor was still open to guest staying at the hotel. The employee I spoke to said no and was very rude and hung up on me. This hotel is nothing like it used to be. We are now staying at another hotel.
