10.0The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is hospitable and helpful at all times. We had a wonderful stay with Crowne Imperial hotel......based in polution free area.
Though the facility is not centrally located or not posh, the facility upkeep and the staff make up.

Terrific week
10.0My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Imperial for a week last month and found it excellent in every way. Our room was large and very comfortable with many thoughtful amenities, breakfasts were delightful, and we enjoyed both restaurants. Most of all, the staff were unfailingly welcoming, helpful, friendly, and cheerful - special thanks to Ashok and Sanish at the Sky Lounge for taking such good care of us.
