2.0Arrived to the Hotels very late and was tired and sleepy after a long drive, I was checked in and given the vehicle pass. I accidentally parked on a handicap spot due to poor lighting and signs being partially covers by a small tree, floor handicap sign was very faded and hard to see at night and. During checkout time I realized that my car had been towed away. Staff called a tow truck instead of giving me a courtesy call to move my car. Car was registered to the room I was staying. It cost me $510 dollars to take my car out of the tow yard. I will never stay at this hotel again, I will rather spend the extra $50 dollars and stay at a safer Hotel.

10.0Everything was great, but my first night there was people being really loud during the night and early morning. And nothing was done about it. And also breakfast availability options would of been nice.
