9.0Relación calidad/precio, cercanía a la central de autobuses y cercanía al Hospital de Alta Especialidad No. 2 del IMSS.
− Me fué algo difícil controlar la temperatura del agua con las llaves en la regadera. Al girar levemente la llave del agua de la regadera, la temperatura del agua subía ó bajaba demasiado a muy caliente ó muy fría. De repente el agua caliente dejaba de salir.

− El minisplit condensaba al interior de la habitación por lo que tuve gotera al interior. Esta producía ruido y mejor apagué el aparato.
