2.0There was a used condom in the trashcan as I entered the room. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower even after I asked for it to be refilled and there was missing cups in the room for coffee.

10.0Our room on the 18th floor was lovely. We upgraded upon check-in. I told the gentleman I would like to be able to see the sun set behind the lake and he made it happen. It was a sunset for the ages and I was truly grateful.
