− Less extra charges. If youre pet friendly there shouldnt be extra charges. If rooms available why a penalty charge to check in early. Many negative signs on counter when checking in .

− Everything. Found roaches within the first ten minutes of being in the room. Lobby had no AC. Bathrooms gross. Only good thing was I was able to be refunded for the days I didn’t stay.

− Good: only white stale bread. Coffee was lukewarm warm, trash was overflowing in the dining area. Only 1 trolly for luggage when we arrived at 5 pm
