− It was our first stay in Virginia and honestly it was the worst it's dirty and it's never cleaned as soon as we put out feet on the floor there black there's mice droppings everywhere and there's mice in the room we told the manager and she was acting like it was nothing,!! A lady went into.receptiom with a mouse in the trap and that was another room theres mice infestation here who knows what I might catch do not stay here

The location was not clean. The breakfast has minimal items. There were patrons with racially motivated car emblems and people outside very late partaking in loud conversations. It seemed very sketchy. There were bugs in the room and the linen were dirty. The mini fridge did not work and the air was not on upon arrival. The unit was very hot for a long time.

− I did not like the whole experience it was one of the worse days in I have stayed in I felt very unsafe for my children and myself.

Absolutely discusting infested with mice

− Absolutely disgusting place there’s mouse droppings everywhere and mice in the rooms they was all over my daughters bed they blame you but the trash doesn’t ever get moved the whole place is heaving with mice

− Do not ever stay at this property there’s mice everywhere in every room mice droppings they don’t clean the rooms they don’t move the trash outside the bins it’s dirty and health and safety and the managers are shocking they are unbothered that there property is infested with mice

Rooms were okay. Need to spend more time in them to clean them better.

We had biscuits for the gravy, the first day we were there. The rest of the town, we had light bread. No more biscuits.

− Need some type of security. Because a lot of activity throughout the night
