It was quiet , clean just didn’t like that something was broken while put into room so they won’t think I did it

− The room was listed as available on booking.com when i got there they did not have the room i paid for which was 2 beds. There was only 1 bed so i paid $200 to sleep in a CHAIR. Staff had a attitude and would not review my booking.com confirmation number to even try to accommodate me
