5.0− Siempre he quedado muy satisfecha con ustedes, por eso me preocupa comentarles lo siguiente: 1. Limpieza: Al llegar a la habitación encontré un pelo en el baño y la cortina de la ducha estaba sucia, negra. 2. Privacidad: Entraron a mi habitación sin mi consentimiento, aun cuando yo tenía puesto el letrero de privacidad. 3. Atención en recepción: Fue al momento del checkout, cuando ya me iba, que el personal del front desk me trató muy mal y me habló de forma muy ruda. Esta vez no quedé satisfecha. La atención en recepción fue muy pobre, muy diferente a la calidad que siempre había recibido. Les agradecería que tomen en cuenta este comentario para mejorar.

10.0Beautiful hotel and a great value. The small touches to personalize the room did not go unnoticed and my daughter loved the "towel animals"! Staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. We were in town for a softball tournament, got it late after playing in the heat all day. Staff allowed us to use a "closed" dining room area to relax and comfortably eat the pizza we had ordered for our large group. It was a super short stay for us, but I would absolutely stay there again if I was back in the area!

1.0The ease of check in and check out. Hot breakfast.
− Room service was terrible. Bed sheet weren't changed any day.. Second last day no one took out the trash, cleaned bathroom or made the beds. Blanket was rough and in terrible condition. Towels were hard from repeated use. I left my airpods and still haven't received a response despite filing a report. I will be escalating this and reporting to better business bureau as I have a picture and I can track my airpods.
