− Air conditioner in room didn’t work, concierge lounge that we paid EXTRA for did not have any of the promised food. Then I was charged for breakfasts in restaurant in addition! Noisy guests next door banged on our door in the middle of the night, kept up the noise in the hall with no help from hotel staff to quiet it down, after we called. Lovely property, clean, and great staff but we would not stay there again.

− Room was hot, turned the temperature to 62° and room was still humid, got no sleep. Breakfast variety wasn't as we expected and also the ketchup options threw off the taste of the food
The staff was so nice and accommodating!
