Never again would stay here very unsatisfied and felt dirty when leaving the property

− We booked a spa family room the spa couldn’t be used it was broken. Room was unclean beds were carelessly made and no mattress protection at all just 1 sheet on top of stained mattress blankets were very off colour and looked grubby. Broken items in the room. Tv didn’t work. Family of 5 only given 2 towels in room. Half of the lighting and heating didn’t work. Reception passed it off on old owners and said they have to do a lot of upgrades.

− Sheets were dirty on the single bed. Looked old and worn. The quilt had dried blood on it. I slept on top of the bed in my winter pyjamas & covered with my dressing gown. I had the airconditioner on 20 degrees. Towels were worn and thin. The bar fridge leaked water.
