− Creo que hubo una confusion, la reserva fue para 4 personas y solo habia una cama pensabamos que el sofa seria sofa-cama pero no lo era, cuando la reserva sea para 4 personas no deberia dejarte reservar 1 sola habitacion, por eso digo que fue una confusion porque no se si fue por mi parte o por parte del establecimiento.

− No había gel ni champú. El sofá no es muy cómodo y en la habitación hay un ventilador de techo que no refresca mucho en los días de calor
