“Agriturismo” bellissimo. Massima cura dei dettagli, ottima accoglienza, grande simpatia della titolare. Le virgolette sono d’obbligo perché è ben più di un semplice agriturismo, è un luogo di grande fascino e classe. Perfetto per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi.

Unterkunft typisch Toscana, einsam in der Natur gelegen, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, für uns Selbstversorger war alles vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto innert 15 Minuten erreichbar, mehrere gute Restaurants in 20 - 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Ruined honeymoon - dirty, infested with bugs and awful hosts

Really beautiful location

− Given all the past glowing reviews, we were truly surprised by our experience here. This was a highly disappointing stay during our honeymoon. My newlywed husband and I stayed here expecting a relaxing countryside stay for our honeymoon but were met with an extreme insect presen inside the living quarters. While we absolutely expected a normal level of insects given the farmstay setting, we were not expecting dozens upon dozens of large daddy long legs spiders, scorpions, centipedes, crickets, and beetles infested in the rooms. As shown in some images below (though it won’t let us upload the videos and full gallery of what we saw), multiple spiders were hanging over the bed, thick webs and more spiders covered every corner, crawling beetles, dead and alive centipedes and other unknown insects. There was also a lack of deep cleaning, as we spent hours trying to kill insects with the broom in the room we swept up significant dust and an old pacifier from under the furniture. We spent over three hours on our first night simply clearing the room so we could sleep. The next morning, we brought these concerns to the host. The dismissed the situation as "normal for the countryside" and noted that it was fine because “no guests have ever died from it”. While we completely understand hosts may not be aware of an infestation we tried to give the benefit of the doubt. We asked if there were a different room we may be able to move to that lack these issues which we were indeed offered. This new room was called “the Nest” which had not yet been lived in - this also turned out to be a nightmare. While at first glance it seemed to have fewer insects (though even then we saw at least 5-10 spiders sprawling the walls in a tiny space) as my husband was killing the insects in the newer room before we moved our stuff in, he noticed loud, continuous gnawing sounds coming from within the main wooden beam directly above the bed.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, drei wundervolle Tage in dieser einzigartigen Unterkunft in Londa zu verbringen und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig, abgelegen und eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Jeder gefahrene Kilometer lohnt sich, denn dieser Ort bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für uns war es der ideale Rückzugsort, um nach spannenden MotoGP-Tagen die Abende in entspannter Atmosphäre ausklingen zu lassen. Die gesamte Unterkunft, inklusive des liebevoll gestalteten Gartens, versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme. Man spürt in jedem Detail, mit wie viel Hingabe und Leidenschaft alles gepflegt und erhalten wird. Francesca hat uns von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit war sehr angenehm. Wer einen authentischen, idyllischen und mit viel Liebe geführten Ort in der Toskana sucht, sollte diese Unterkunft unbedingt besuchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A unique Tuscan atmosphere

A wonderful place that reflects the spirit of Tuscany. The property is beautifully located; the owners have taken great care with the details. The shared space is spacious and comfortable, while the bedrooms provide privacy. The hostess was fantastic and the dinner was absolutely delicious. Dinner took place in a beautiful place that felt almost cinematic. We stayed only briefly, but we will definitely come back for a longer visit. Francesca is a wonderful, warm-hearted person who makes you feel like at home. On top of all that, three adorable Corgis add even more charm and melt your heart.

Perfect family getaway surrounded by nature and cared for by a wonderful host

Francesca was an incredible host! Everything went smoothly with our late check-in, and she welcomed us with great kindness. Our kids absolutely loved her friendly corgis and the beautiful nature surrounding the house. The views were breathtaking, and our family had an unforgettable time during our stay in Italy. One detail that truly shows Francesca’s generosity: we accidentally left some shoes behind, and she kindly shipped them all the way to our home in Portugal. This thoughtful gesture went above and beyond, and we’re truly grateful. We highly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family!
