Cool apartment great location
10.0Hotel Clemons was a great choice for our family trip to Chattanooga. We loved the industrial vibe and cool artwork. The 3BR/2BA is spacious and has a full kitchen and living room. The location is walkable to several attractions and easy driving access to everything else. We had a slight problem with the parking garage code but the front desk manager was very helpful in getting this resolved. I would definitely stay here again!

No Customer Service
4.0Great location and fun lobby but don’t expect any flexibility to their policies or availability of staff for anything beyond the basics. We had someone knock on our door at 1am and then throw a party next door. The entire hotel has concrete floors which carries sound. Went downstairs for some assistance, only to be locked out of the lobby. Called the phone numbers they suggested and still haven’t heard back 3 days later. Asked for a refund after not needing the night, and was told to call the GM. Did that. Still no call back. Great spot but for the money, you’ll find better service at a bigger chain hotel.

10.0Location, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff. Located near lots of good restaurants. Lots of games in front area for kids to play such sad pool and ping pong.
