8.0− Die Buchung erfolgte ohne Vorauskasse. Die Zahlung sollte während des Aufenthaltes erfolgen. Leider hatte unser Flug fast 9 Stunden Verspätung, womit klar war, das wir nicht bis 18:00 Uhr da sein werden. Bereits am Nachmittag wurden wir mehrfach telefonisch und per WhatsApp (!) aufgefordert, die Zahlung zu leisten, da ansonsten die Zugangsinformationen für den Self-Check-In nicht verschickt werden. Wir vermuteten Fake-Nachrichten. Nach einigem Hin und Her und Fehlversuchen, weil Zahlungs-Links nicht funktionierten, konnten wir die Zahlung anweisen. Daraufhin erhielten wir auch sofort Video-Hinweise zum Betreten des Hauses und Appartements, was schon sehr gut war. Es müsste also bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Zahlung in jedem Falle am Anreisetag vor 18:00 Uhr erfolgen muss... Diesen Stress braucht kein Mensch.
