10.0Excellent location Lovely room Very efficient check in ( all remote)
Lack of care for customers
1.0Nice room in shabby building
− No one came to check us in or helped us leave our bags We had to follow instructions over the phone which was confusing. The other couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. I left my diabetic monitor at the property and asked that they send it to me at my expense. 17 days later they have done nothing. .Apparently none of their staff are capable of helping or "its not their job". It gives you an indication of how they care for their customers.
Great location and clean rooms
9.0Great location only 10 minute walk to metro and to the vatican. Good neibourhood with shopping and cafes and resturants. The room was clean and self check in was quick and easy.
− Wish there were some glasses and mugs instead of disposables for tea.
Guest review
8.0Muito fácil acesso e proximidade com o Vaticano.
− 1. Falta de porta no banheiro. 2. A água do chuveiro esfriava durante o banho 3. O suporte do chuveiro não sustentava o chuveiro e ele ficava caindo.
Sve je bilo na vrhunskom nivou ! Rado ćemo doći ponovo.
