6.0Room was nice and cosy. Private bathroom down the hallway but not ensuite - was not aware of this before we arrived. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee provided which was nice.
− I was not sent any instructions for how to get in and there was no one at the property. We were stuck outside until another resident who had been there the previous night turned up and showed us how to get in and gave us the code.
The place has no character or warmth

− Bit old school but would prefer a human touch when checking in ? Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was very small and sink was tiny !! Not to criticise too much though cos we loved it !!
