7.0Que admitan mascotas y sean bienvenidas, y dejen llevarlas a la cafetería, pero nos dieron una habitación muy alejada de la recepción para una mascota de edad y teniendo que tomar 2 ascensores, merma la satisfacción....
− Los colchones de las camas, y las almohadas , son muy antiguos y nada cómodos, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, el ruido de la ducha del piso superior a las tres de la mañana..y que hubiera que tomar dos ascensores para ir a la habitación....son cosas a mejorar porque la calidad del servicio se ve deteriorado grandemente, y el precio alto para esa calidad. La persiana se mueve mucho con un poco de viento...
