4.0Prenotazione e pagamento online anticipato. All'arrivo, dopo 12 ore di aereo, alle 20.30, nessuno sa nulla e mi viene chiesto di mostrare la ricevuta. Al volo ci viene data una camera al piano terra: senza zanzariere ma con il clima. Alla fine passiamo la notte riuscendo a dormire. Sembra un albergo ad ore solo per uno scopo.

A very bad experience with hotel.com
2.0The cleanliness did not meet the standards. The state of the toilet was very terrible. I never experienced that before with hotel .com late nights I couldn’t use the toilet because of a defective lamp bulb. I politely approached a member of staff who replied that it was too late to replace it. I was chocked. I then had to use my own torch in the toilet. The state of the toilet was disgusting.

6.0The rooms are spacious and clean. Internet is only available in the rooms next to reception. If staying for more than one day, they clean only the day you enter and the day you leave. Speak only French.
