− Trotz Buchungsbestätigung kamen mehrere Gäste nachts nicht ins Hotel! Zu kompliziert war das digitale Eingangssystem: nichts funktionierte! Die Notrufnummern waren nicht besetzt… keine Chance für ein Check in!
