6.0Pas de personnel à l'accueil à 14h comme nous l'avait indiqué hôtels.com. Nous serions restés devant la porte sans l'aide de locataires très compatissants et de bon secours. Non respect de notre réservation . Chambre mal isolée et douche petite et lits inconfortables.
UNSUITABLE for pilgrims.
4.0This property is UNSUITABLE for pilgrims, despite its close proximity to the Camino del Norte. There were no washing or drying facilities for clothes beyond ones ability to improvise in the bathroom. The owner was uncontactable and did not respond to my WhatsApp message written in Spanish. They did not have a stamp for my Credencial del Peregrino to record my stay, a necessity to prove having walked the route. There were no cooking facilities beyond a microwave and the restaurant at the hotel next door was closed on the Friday evening of my stay. No other facilities nearby, and so not wanting to walk back to Getaria after a long day, I went hungry.

8.0Een rustige landelijke omgevibg, weg van de drukte. Eenvoudige kamer maar voldoet prima. Wel redelijk hoog geprijsd voor een dergelijk kamer.
