Never again will I use an Accor property.
2.0Nothing, I have been an Accor user for decades and this was the worst property I have ever stayed in.
− The room, junior suite, was like a secondhand backpackers. Old soap in the bathroom, a window the size of a small box that looked out on to a tin roof, you were expected to make your own bed, cockroaches, no laundry service, the breakfast buffet was inedible, staff would ignore you from the back office whist you stood at the front desk.

− Bathroom needed an upgrade. TV remote wasn't working well. Switched batteries from the bedroom but still not good
