− The bath tub had hair in the dean and they was hair in the tub and you could tell the bathroom wasn’t clean at all
Nice oasis in the land of the unknown!
10.0Creating my reservation online was quick and easy. When I got there, it was straight to the point with checking in and there were no underlying fees or other costs not stated online. I loved the customer service and they made sure me and my family felt very welcomed especially since we were visiting West Virginia all the way from New York. I would definitely stay here again when we return.

− Bedbugs were found, owner refuses to answer any of the refund requests from me or the booking company after multiple attempts. I had to book another hotel nearby and pay again without getting a refund from this place.
