10.0Mia provided a truly exceptional and warm customer service experience from start to finish last night during my check-in process. She recognized my Ambassador status immediately, upgraded me to a suite, and provided some complimentary welcome gifts to make my visit more enjoyable. She honestly provided some of the best Marriott customer service that I have ever experienced, and did it with the biggest smile. I would 100% recommend her and this property for guests in the JAX airport needing to be close to the airport. Great associates at this location that will ensure you have an excellent experience!
