6.0La posizione ottima! Due passi dal centro e dal porto! Ambienti spaziosi
− Odore di muffa appena entravi in casa. Letto non troppo comodo. Il balcone avrebbe delle potenzialità ma divanetti in plastica senza cuscini, un vaso con delle piante mezze secche e cacca di piccione sulle poltroncine. Inoltre è presente uno stendino minuscolo e anche mezzo arrugginito.
