Excellent location, spotless hotel, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches that made my stay especially comfortable.
10.0The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated some vegan options available at breakfast. What really made a difference to my stay, however, was the fact that the hotel kindly stored my luggage and allowed me to have a shower later in the day before my flight. My flight was at midnight, so this made a huge difference and felt like a real treat and extra comfort at the end of my trip. The hotel has a dedicated changing and shower area, which was very convenient and much appreciated. This thoughtful gesture really made my journey home much more comfortable.

9.0Big fancy hotel downtown right next Raffles. Close to a lot of things (which in Singapore means shopping malls). Staff were extremely helpful and professional

8.0위치는 오차드로드/마리나베이 걸어다닐수 있는 위치라서 시간이 있다면 충분히 걸어다니면서 구석 구석 볼수 있는 도시 중심이어서 너무 좋았습니다. 자전거를 가지고 호텔에 방문을 했는데 직원분들 모드 별다른 제지 없이 환영해 주었고 객실이 다른 호텔보다는 커서 편리 했습니다.

− Stafc were nof friends at the reception. I was give a room with construction at the level above with hard knocking hammer 🔨 noise till 7pm..this is unbecoming of Carlton Hotel ..
