− It was not clean They didn't even have soap in the soap dispenser in the shower i ordered room with fridge they brought fridge to our room late nothing was ready the room smelled like it wasn't cleaned and i got the remodel room. There was alot of rust and not updated like mentioned

− De airco maakt veel lawaai, het plafond in de gang is erg laag, wat een bedompt en benauwd gevoel geeft. Het hotel voelt aan als “vergane glorie”, maar dat heeft ook wel weer wat.
Management doesn’t seem to improve the hotel.
1.0The maintenance folk were kind enough to guide us to our room direction
− Every aspect of stay, starting with arrogant reception. They are using kiosk system for checkin which apparently fails to print to room location and direction and If you skip the option to send the room details to mobile or email then ur on mercy of arrogant assistants near kiosk. Also there is no network in lobby so you have to go out and wait for the msg to deliver if u opt to send room details to mobile. They have No proper directions. If you are visiting first time u will definitely take help of someone to navigate to intended location.
