8.0− The pricing on the weekend for long time customers and I use booking all the time to book my rooms and I hasn't rewarded me with a free night stay. I'm about to drop booking !!

− The breakfast could use some improvements and the coffee machine gave out watered down coffee

8.0When being booked in to the hotel, customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and free from bugs. I stay there twice a week every week for work and will continue as long as I continue working in that area.
