10.0The property was amazing and the staff helped us out immensely with getting taxis, airport transfers (ask for dez, she was an angel) and recommendations. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for amenities is because the restaurant was closed for renovations. Everything else was exceptional.

10.0Everyone was great! Polite, accessible, friendly and active conversations. Marco and the other security guard were on their job yet attentive enough for conversations. I am truly thankful to you all for the directions, transportation from the airport and to the museum, clean rooms, and beautiful property. One week was not nearly enough time.
