8.0The location and it was a comfortable, clean and v modern apartment. We were a bit cold at times but it was fairly unique weather for the time of year. The water takes a long while to run hot . We actually had difficulty finding staff.

8.0Large spacious living area and main bedroom.. very comfy beds. Property is right on the quays and ideal for catching boats to brownsea and swanage etc. Right near good restaurants and pubs.
− Property was dated, not luxury kitchen. Some of the sighs on the ovens were worn away so it wasn't easy to use. Showered went cold every time we had them. There were 3 of us... I'd recommend not all needing a shower at the same time. Decor was dated. I expect that when it was built, it was high spec, but not now. The Tv system was from the ark. Couldn't watch netflix . As mentioned by others, the way in to the flat is a palaver but not exactly a problem.
Very pleasant and comfortable. Nice cafe’s for breakfast at a reasonable price just outside the building. Lots to do in

− Very hard to find. The apartment was in a separate building from car park. Lots of going up levels, then and taking the lift. Also if coming in main entrance you can’t go straight up to 4th floor - had to stop half way and cross a bridge. I felt completely disorientated to start with, but got used to it.
This was our second stay in Jeanneau. We love the location and apartment
