− NO WATER. COULDN'T GET A RESERVED ROOM.WASNT GIVIN AN OPTION JUST CRAPPY "sorry" Handled so poorly. Turned in to another hotel last minute for $500 Will be contacting this hotel Monday. Disgraceful.

9.0Great location, right down in the heart of GR. Easily walkable to restaurants, concert venues, stadium, etc. Don't really need a car if you're only doing things in the area! Staff was also fantastic. Very helpful!
− Parking is a little bit wonky. There's an overflow lot that's kind of around the corner. Tight spaces. If you need a car, it's doable, but if i stayed again i'd try to manage without one.
Amazing location, loved the breakfast package and the dinner was amazing!
