Time for an overhaul of the property and certainly the staff

Location was good.

− property is dated. AC was noisy. Room didn’t get cleaned twice. Only one staff member was professional and pleasant. The other others were pretty sketchy. they posted a notice that they were gonna be redoing sections of the parking lot beginning Monday and unfortunately, early Sunday they blocked everything off and inconvenienced a lot of guests. By far the worst breakfast of any hotel that provides such a service. Pancakes French toast and greasy sausage were all lukewarm to cold. Very few options.

− A/C system is antiquated, cycles on and off every 5 minutes, very loud. Hard to sleep. Vent is located near bed so you feel the air blowing on you. Unpleasant.

− It smelled like old cigarette smoke, the hallway smelled of marijuana, only 1 elevator worked and staff was not helpful at all when I mentioned my complaint. I literally left 1 1/2 hours after checking in.
