8.0Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve kibardı. Hizmet, temizlik konusunda sıkıntı çekmedik. Sadece oda biraz küçüktü.

8.0Otel yeni, hala hafif eksiklikleri var. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, farklı bir odanın buzdolabını kullandırarak yardımcı olundu. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Yataklar çok konforlu değildi. Bunun haricinde herşey güzeldi.

2.0وصلنا الى الفندق متأخرين لم يكن اي شيء مجهز بالغرف المكيف بالغرفتين لا يعمل فقط هواء حاول الموظف لكن عبثا نمنا اشبه بالجحيم بالاضافه الى رائحه رطوبه و اغلب المرافق لا تعمل الساونا و الحمام التركي لا يعمل و الموظف لا يتقن الا اللغه التركيه لكن للامانه حاول تخفيف صدمتنا
