The young lady at the front desk was thorough and personable during check in. enjoyed the stay.

− After we checked in on Thursday I woke up to an email saying they cancelled our stay. I went to talk with the staff who told me I was a no show the day before and the cancelled the reservation. I was there and checked in on time. It was a whole ordeal to get it straightened out. Very frustrating!!
