10.0This small family owned hotel is wonderful. Many hotels in Paris claim to be air conditioned but are unable to handle the now super high summer temperatures in Paris. This hotel's AC is PERFECT. Your room will be a quiet and cool oasis from the global warming that is plaguing France. Yes, the rooms are small. But they are decorated very efficiently. High end bed.

10.0The hotel is easy walking distance from Segur Metro (Line 10) and convenient for UNESCO conferences. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and modern. The price was reasonalbe, but it would have been nice to have a larger dining room, and there are no drawers in the rooms so I lived out of my suitcase. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you
