− Teilweise die Besetzung an der Rezeption leider nicht kompetent. Hatten Frühstück mitgebucht wurde im Computer 2x nicht gefunden.
Long delays for available elevators, frustrating!
5.0I am grateful for the security staff and janitorial for turning my phone in after I left it in the bathroom.
− Soon as you walk in, it smells like weed and cigs. The elevator wait time was insane!!! We waited over 30 mins for an available elevator until we decided to take the emergency stairs. The hallways were hot and very narrow. You definitely almost get what you pay for. Not worth the savings.

Of course you don’t have nothing else to say I will not be staying at the Strat no more
2.0They switched our room, but that wasn’t the point. The toilet stopped working around 1:00 a.m., the smell was unbearable, and when we drained the bathtub, the water backed up into the toilet. It was a terrible experience. What made it even more frustrating was that we felt like the staff didn’t really care about what we were going through. It seemed like they just brushed it off instead of showing any concern or urgency. We expected much better service and empathy.
