創業400年の歴史ある宿坊に泊まれる経験は大変貴重でした。おもてなしのフレンドリーな接客もとても楽しかったです。 お部屋は古いですが、畳が気持ちよいですし、トイレは新しく改装されていて清潔でとてもくつろげました。内湯・露天風呂共、温泉の質はとても良くてぽかぽかに体が温まりました。そしてお料理のお豆腐が美味しかったです！ウェルカムドリンクのお抹茶と杏仁豆腐をいただいたのですが、この杏仁豆腐がもっちりしてとても美味しかったです！

− 歴史がある＝古いということは留意しないといけないと思います。 昔の日本の家のつくりなので、いろいろと段差があったり、頭上注意の箇所があったり。また、屋根がない露天風呂なので雨の日は注意です。

A historic property full of character with charming Japanese style rooms. The dinner and breakfast with local tofu were both delicious and the staff very kindly adjusted the menu for dietary restrictions. In the evening you can book a private time-slot to use the outside bath which is very atmospheric. Staff were all very friendly and gave a lot of insight into the ryokan and the history of the area.

− Be aware that there was no hot water from the sink in the room. This wasn’t too much of an issue as there is one in the public baths that can also be used.

Un séjour reposant et authentique, entre onsen, randonnée et tofu exceptionnel.

Nous sommes venus principalement pour nous reposer et profiter des onsen, et c’était parfait pour cela. L’établissement est aussi réputé pour son tofu, et c’est sans hésitation l’un des meilleurs que j’aie goûtés de ma vie. Par hasard, nous sommes également allés randonner au mont Oyama, tout proche : pour ceux qui souhaitent faire un week-end nature et randonnée dans la région, c’est idéal. Ils proposent d’ailleurs une purification le matin, ce qui s’inscrit très bien dans cette expérience.

− L’accès peut être un peu compliqué sans voiture. Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais, mais ils font vraiment de leur mieux pour aider et communiquer ; ce n’est pas une critique, simplement une information utile pour les voyageurs étrangers.
