4.0It took about 30-40 minutes to get checked in once in the AC was so loud that there is no way to run the AC and sleep. The sheets had a weird stain on them. overall not a great experience mostly due to the long check in

4.0There was no indication anywhere that the default is a smoking room. Also no knobs on the stovetop.

10.0We arrived with dead phones, no charger, and facing a morning walk across town to the airport. The staff was so kind, let us borrow a charger and offered to shuttle us to the airport. Great room with even better staff. If I'm ever in Vernal again there's nowhere else I'd rather stay.
