10.0This modest lodging was impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong and it was quiet. I felt safe. These are all the most important things. It is not particularly pretty, foofy, trendy, etc. None of that matters to me.
− For the price, I thought it was perfect. If I added one little suggestion, it would be to add hard boiled eggs to the breakfast offerings for a little protein. I was overall happy with breakfast.

This hotel is not great, but at least I saw no bugs....
3.0Price was surged due to concert, but less expensive than most other hotels in the area.
− A/C was turned off when we got to the room on a 95 degree day. The 2nd floor hallways had NO A/C and felt like a sauna. Luckily we were gone for the evening so the room had about 4 hours to cool down to acceptable! If you are sensitive to smells this place is not for you. Very perfumed entry and varying perfume like smells throughout the hotel. Almost as if to cover up something. The floor around the desk area in our room was sticky and had visible spots on the tile floor. There were 3 full size towels for a (2) bedroom room. This meant we had to use the same towel for multiple showers. Not a huge deal, but usually there is at least 4 towels for 2 showers with a fresh towel.
